Broken down lorry near Brynglas tunnels causes delays on M4 in Newport
ONE lane of the M4 is closed and queueing traffic reported due to a broken down lorry before the Brynglas tunnels.
The lorry is on the M4 eastbound between J26 at Malpas and J25A, with congestion stretching to J29 with the A48(M).
