Delays as traffic lights fail at Tredegar Park roundabout in Newport
TRAFFIC lights have failed at junction 28 of the M4 in Newport causing slow traffic and congestion.
Traffic using the Tredegar Park roundabout onto the M4, A48, and Forge Road is affected.
