NEWPORT City Homes has released the first artist impressions of its ambitious regeneration plans for the Ringland area of Newport.
As the Argus previously reported, the housing association recently announced a multi-million regeneration scheme for the area, with Ringland Centre and Cot Farm at the heart of the proposals.
A consultation is currently taking place regarding the Cot Farm site, with documents published earlier this week saying: “The proposed development of this site would include the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of 59 residential dwellings, the internal road network, car parking and associated works.”
The plans would see 14 one-bedroom flats and 22 two-bedroom flats being built. Thirteen two bedroom houses, eight threebedroom houses and two four-or more bedroom properties would also be built. To comment on the plans, write to mail@asbriplanning.co.uk before Friday, September 8. To view the documents, visit bit.ly/2uVjusU
