Crash on M4 near Newport causing severe delays
SEVERE delays are being reported on the M4 near Newport following a crash between two vehicles.
One lane is blocked on the motorway eastbound between junction 27 at High Cross and junction 26 at Malpas.
Travel time was estimated to be around 25 minutes, with queues stretching as far back as St Mellons.
All lanes have been re-opened, however traffic is still slow in the area.
