POLICE are looking for a 32-year-old man following a prison licence breach.
Gareth Thomas - who has links to Ebbw Vale, Aberdare and Cardiff - breached conditions after being released from HMP Cardiff on Friday, May 26.
He is now being recalled to prison and if you have any information, call 101 quoting log 403 22/8/17.
