This week’s gallery in the spotlight is the Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre in Cwmbran.
They have a range of exhibitions on display at the moment which includes Hiraeth in the main gallery.
This is a collection of embellished stories by Rhiannon Williams and is on display at the centre until January 20, 2018.
The artist using embroidery techniques, stitches together stories of people.
Her richly embroidered narratives convey scenes from modern day life, to nostalgic memories of times gone by, exploring human relationships and feelings of belonging.
Ms Williams studied her degree in textiles at University College Falmouth in 2011 and obtained her masters degree at the Royal College of Art in 2014.
