TRAFFIC is building on the M4 eastern carriageway before the Brynglas Tunnels.
Delays of around six minutes and increasing have been reported by junction 28 – Tredegar Park – and junction 26 Malpas, with an average speed of 20mph.
Usual congestion on the A467 Forge Road heading southbound towards the roadworks has also been reported, with a travel time of four minutes.
