RISE Propaganda’s mystery countdown has reached zero.

Massive illuminations have been appearing on buildings across newport with the artist behind Rise Propaganda - known on social media as John Frost - hinting that they are a countdown.

Following 30 days of suspense people will unite at 5.30pm today in a location to be announced by RISE Propaganda on Facebook and @risepropaganda on Instagram

John Frost said: “This is a rallying call for anyone who wants to make positive change.

“We use rebellion to empower and inspire individuals to overcome adversity and create a positive impact in our community.”

The first 250 people who gather at the location will be provided uniform and provisions.
