Justin Lee Harris
GWENT Police are appealing for information to locate 27 year old Justin Harris from the Ebbw Vale area, who has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on 12th June 2018.
A spokesman said "Justin received a two year and four months prison sentence for dangerous driving after being sentenced at Cardiff Crown Court on 12th June 2017.
"Due to the fact that Justin Harris, who was released on licence, has breached his licence conditions he has now been recalled to prison.
