A LAMBORGHINI Huracan driver has been fined £430 and has racked up six penalty points after being caught using a mobile phone at the wheel.
Timothy Duggan, 39, pleaded guilty to committing the offence in the supercar on the A472 in Usk on May 21.
He was also ordered to pay a £172 surcharge and £90 costs after appearing at Newport Magistrates' Court.
Duggan, of Penrhos, Radyr, Cardiff has until December 8 to pay the full amount of £692.
