VOLUNTEERS are needed to act as ambassadors for Newport for the 2010 Ryder Cup tournament next month.
There are a number of roles from meeting and greeting visitors at the train station and park and ride car parks, to being responsible for the ticket allocations to the VIP guests at Tredegar House.
Ambassadors will need to make their own way to the park and ride car parks and attend one of the training sessions on 21, 23, 24, 25 and 26 September, which will last around three hours.
Ambassadors will receive a ticket to one of The Ryder Cup practice days.
