THE family of Nikitta Grender are using Facebook to appeal for information to help in the investigation.

The number of people who have joined the three tribute pages to her: R.I.P Nikitta Grenda. never forgotten always loved, Nikitta Grenda R.I.P and R.I.P nikitta grender and your unborn baby xxx, passed 15,500, family members used it as a platform to ask people for as much information as possible.

Her uncle, Richard Brunnock, posted: "THIS IS NIKITTAS UNCLE: TO ALL NIKITTAS FAMILY AND FRIENDS IF ANY OF U SAW HER BETWEEN MONDAY 31ST AND FRIDAY NIGHT PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA INBOX WITH WHEN U SAW HER AND WHAT SHE WAS WEARING THIS IS A FORWARDED MSG FROM KITTAS PARENTS."

Family member Coley Brunnock added: "The family miss you so much and always will! We all love you with all of our hearts and make sure you and your little kelsey may keep each other warm and safee. XXX"

She also added another tribute: "I miss you more than anything!:'(i love you with all my heart babee!. XXX"

The social networking site is also being used by friends to publicise bank details of the account set up to raise money for the funeral, as well as other fundraisers.

Friends are also using the site to publicise a balloon release in her memory.

Friends will release dozens of pink and white balloons outside Newport's Riverfront Theatre at 3pm on Saturday. They will also be holding a collection for the funeral.
