LABOUR are not expecting to enter coalition talks until Monday. The party missed out on a majority by one, winning 30 seats. The Conservatives won 14 seats and returning South Wales East AM William Graham said a coalition with Labour had not been ruled out. Plaid Cymru secured 11 seats, while the Liberal Democrats won five.
