VERY slow traffic is reported after an earlier accident on the M4 at J23A near Magor.
Congestion is stretching back to J24 at the Coldra.
All lanes are now opened after four vehicles collided and a lane was blocked.
Police and Traffic Officers have removed the vehicles involved and traffic is starting to flow again.
