A BUSINESS charity has called on Newport employers to make a difference to local communities by giving their staff the opportunity to volunteer in 2012.
Business in the Community want local businesses to take part in ‘Give and Gain Day’ on May 18 – the UK’s national day of employee volunteering.
Last year in Newport, workers from six organisations helped clear up paths.
