ABOLISHING the Welsh Development Agency was a “naive” backward step, said Monmouth AM and shadow minister business, enterprise, technology and science Nick Ramsay.
Commenting on a Welsh Affairs select committee report on inward investment, which halved during 2005-2010, Mr Ramsay said the WDA was a globally recognised body, with skills that could not be replicated by the Welsh Government.
