POLICE arrested a man yesterday morning after he made his way on to the M4 in Newport.
Officers were called at 11.30am after getting calls regarding a man on the carriageway, close to the Brynglas Tunnels.
A 48-year-old man from London was arrested on suspicion of causing a danger to road users and was in custody yesterday afternoon.
