MONMOUTHSHIRE residents inspired by TV presenter Kate Humble’s new farm initiative at Penallt could form a new group.
At a meeting on March 1 at Bracelands Adventure Centre, the possibility of forming a Wye Valley Hedgelayers Association will be discussed.
Some of the people who will be attending recently helped out at Kate Humble’s premises at Penallt and the Wye Valley AONB organisation says the ancient craft of hedgelaying has been revived over the past few years.
Locals and woodland owners interested in forming an organisation can attend the meeting at 12.30pm, at the Forest of Dean centre.
