DRAMA unfolded outside the Argus office in Newport yesterday as police arrested a man in our car park.
Yesterday lunchtime, a silver Peugeot 106 was pulled over outside the entrance to our reception on Cardiff Road and three police officers in two police cars began to question the four people inside.
A police sniffer dog was used to search the car for illegal drugs but none were found.
A Gwent Police spokeswoman said that the car was pulled over by officers using an automatic numberplate recognition system.
A 38-year-old Newport man was arrested for breaching a court order and he remained in custody yesterday afternoon.
