A TREDEGAR man died after the car he was driving crashed into a canal in Wiltshire.
The man was driving a silver Volvo S60 along Bath Road, Devizes, at around 11.54pm on Thursday when it crashed over the side of a bridge which crosses the Kennet and Avon canal.
The car landed in the canal.
PC Kevin Fry of the serious collision investigation team at Amesbury, Wiltshire, said the man died at the scene.
Two passengers in the car were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
No other vehicles were involved.
Wiltshire police are appealing for anyone with any information to contact 101.
