TV STAR Alan Titchmarsh spent the day in Monmouthshire filming for a gardening show.
He was at Veddw House, Devauden, looking at a garden created over 25 years by Anne Wareham and her husband, Charles Hawes.
Mr Titchmarsh was filming for his ITV series Love Your Garden.
Ms Wareham, who writes for the Daily Telegraph, and her husband, a prominent garden photographer, showed Mr Titchmarsh their curved hedges, which are to feature on the programme.
They also taught him how to pronounce the word ‘Veddw’ The programme will be broadcast on July 3.
