A COACH driver from Abergavenny denied causing the death of a 30-year-old Birmingham man in an horrific motorway pile-up.
At a hearing at Gloucester cown court, Daniel Parr, 24, of Penallt Estate, Llanelly Hill, pleaded not guilty to causing the death of engineer Raymond Vaughan, a dad of two from Birmingham, by dangerous driving on the M5 in Gloucestershire on December 12 2010.
It is alleged Parr was driving a Cardiff to Leeds Megabus dangerously on the motorway northbound near Tewkesbury when the fatal collision happened.
Judge Jamie Tabor QC listed a five-day trial from June 25.
Parr was released on bail.
