A SEVEN-year-old from Monmouth has had her sandwich design included in a new recipe book.
Eden Greaves entered her recipe for a Breakfast in My Pocket sandwich in a competition run by baker Kingsmill.
Youngsters under the age of 16 were encouraged to enter their dream sandwich after Kingsmill went on a UK tour over the Easter holidays.
More than 5,500 children entered and Eden was one of the 21 regional winners with her recipe including sausage, chestnut, mushroom, egg and cress.
After winning, Eden said: “I can’t wait to show it to my friends.”
Her sandwich recipe will now appear in a new Kingsmill book.
