VISITORS to Abergavenny stepped back in time to find out what life was like in medieval times at the weekend.
They were enjoying the first medieval fair to be held at St Mary’s Priory Church and Tithe Barn, organised by volunteers from St Mary’s Priory Learning Service who were dressed in Tudor costume.
Visitors browsed medievalthemed stalls and watched a coin striker and archery enactment group while children enjoyed medieval games.
