THE Environment Agency Wales today warned of is flooding in the south East Wales as as widespread heavy rain is expected in the region overnight.
They warn of standing water on road surfaces and localised flooding from drains and small streams. The also said larger rivers could also rise where the rainfall is heaviest and flood alerts may be issued. However, the likelihood of flooding from larger rivers is low.
