A GWENT man was arrested following the unearthing of a cannabis ‘factory’ near Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, which had plants with an estimated street value of around £100,000.
The 58-year-old was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to produce cannabis, a class B drug, after the discovery of the ‘factory’. The find was made by police in Oldwood Common.
A 32-year-old man from Tenbury, as well as a 35-yearold man and a 22-year-old man, both from Gloucester, were also arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to produce cannabis.
A 29-year-old woman from Gloucester was arrested in Tenbury on suspicion of possession of a Class A drug.
All five have been bailed pending further inquiries.
