A 22-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery following an incident at Sovereign Stores, Newport last month.
The Argus reported at the time how workers at the shop on Corporation Road, Lliswerry feared for their lives during the incident.
A spokeswoman for Gwent Police said that the 22-year-old man was being questioned on suspicion of robbery.
Gwent Police are still appealing for witnesses to come forward and ask that people with information call them on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800555111.
