EBBW Vale's Leah Morris describes herself as a "normal busy mum" but as of tomorrow this Valleys mum is also the face of a national new lingerie campaign.

Mrs Morris, 34, was picked from thousands of women to model for the lingerie brand Ultimo as part of its 'original real women'

campaign.

Mrs Morris and nine other women from across the UK were chosen and invited to a modelling shoot in London.

Pictures of the Valleys mum modelling Ultimo's 'Lagoon' design will now be seen at Debenhams stores across the country.

She is the only woman from Wales to appear in the campaign and only got to see the pictures for the first time toda).

Mrs Morris, who works part time in environmental sales, was chosen after seeing the advert on Twitter.

She now joins the list of celebrities like Sarah Harding and Mel B who have previously modelled for Ultimo.

Mrs Morris, who is mum to 12-year-old Mollie, said it was a "fantastic experience" and an honour to be involved in.

"Initially I was racked with nerves. It only really hit me when we got into the studio. The studio was massive and there was a huge team but everyone was really supportive.

"My body was physically shaking. We had to stop for a bit while I tried to compose myself but the photographer was amazing," she said.

Mrs Morris is also setting up her own wedding and corporate events planning business, Sirrome Kershaw Events, with her friend.

She said: "I work 30 hours a week and run a family home. I'm just a normal busy mum. There's nothing special about me."

She added: "Taking part in the campaign was the chance for me to educate my daughter's generation, all be it in a small way, that women have curves, and that our bodies are vastly different."

Mrs Morris, who is a size 14, said she hopes teenagers and other women can draw strength from the campaign and be happy with the bodies they have.
