Missing Peter Knight
GWENT Police are appealing for information after a 45-year-old man from Blaenavon went missing.
Peter Knight has been missing from his home of Anne Street, Blaenavon, since last night and police are particularly concerned about his whereabouts as Mr Knight is known to suffer from anxiety and depression.
He was last seen speaking to someone outside the Market Tavern on Broad Street, Blaenavon, at 11.35pm last night and possibly seen walking up the same street 15 minutes later.
The police helicopter was being used in the search earlier today.
Mr Knight is described as being five feet eight inches tall, medium build, with short dark greying hair.
He was wearing light green faded cut off jeans and a grey, white and yellow striped polo shirt. He could possibly be wearing a coat.
Anyone with any information about his whereabouts is asked to call 101.
