This election is about local issues and it's about who has the right vision for Blaenau Gwent.
People in Blaenau Gwent can already see the commitment Labour has to the area. The new Ebbw Vale rail link to Cardiff and the regeneration of the steelworks are going make a huge impact for people
here and this is what a Labour Assembly Government is delivering.
New houses, shops and a new hospital on the former steelworks site shows that this area has a future and that the future is safe and prosperous under a Labour Assembly Government.
If people want to make sure this progress continues they need to make sure they vote Labour in the Assembly elections.
Labour is offering 25,000 new apprenticeships for young people in Wales, discounted rail travel for pensioners, not-for-profit nursing homes, more affordable homes, extra childcare, pharmacy based
drop in centres and maximum 26 weeks NHS waiting times from referral to treatment.

Labour is offering more support for businesses and more support for more and better skills and jobs. Employment in Wales is now lower than the UK average.
We all remember the problems the Tories gave areas like Blaenau Gwent when they were last in power and people need to know that this Assembly election is a straight fight between Labour and the
People can't trust Trish Law - she has voted time and time again with the Tories in the Assembly - and the people of Blaenau Gwent need to know this.
People's Voice claimed to be the voice of Blaenau Gwent and Blaenau Gwent only - well now that they've registered as a political party and are standing in seats across Wales its clear that they're
only interested in power and being party political - that's not what they told people they were about.
So for a real voice for local people, for someone who will stand up to the Tories and stand up for Blaenau Gwent's values I am asking the people of Blaenau Gwent to vote for me on May 3rd.
