A STAR IN THE MAKING: Congratulations to local girl Alzbeta (Liz) Matysakova on winning a place at the highly prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London.

She has been accepted on the Performing Arts course which is an honour in itself.  Alzbeta is a 16 years old student at St Joseph’s RC High School, Newport. 

The course is designed to develop and hone her talents in singing, dancing and acting. 

She is a delightful girl and has put a huge effort into making the first step in achieving her dreams. Have no doubt about it, she has the talent and determination to make it.
