Why do they need a new roof on the tunnel?

Why were two fire appliances sent there? Isn't this "overkill"?

Not sure, perhaps tiles falling onto cars in a confined space could be considered a tad dangerous. I'm no expert but I would like some emergency services presence when this kind of thing happens, even if it is just the one tile.

Read that wrong. Thought it was an inner tunnel tile. Even still, confined space of road, high volume of traffic. Potential for a massive accident. They are doing their jobs as far as I can tell.
