On the Wales news the RGH was reported to have a large increase i A&E due to falls.........it's not H&S...just the council leaving pedestrians to fend for themselves....
I bet the Old Green footpath past the castle hasn't been cleared.....
Luckily for me...now I superfast broadband and get 62 meg.....I can work from home.
