THE RSPCA in Newport is appealing for a loving owner to house a kitten who is definitely a fighter.

Seren, who is only six weeks old, needs a home after her brothers and sisters all died of Feline Panleukopenia Virus (parvo).

The kitten was one of five and the only one of the litter to recover from the virus. Seren is currently at Newport RSPCA based at Hartridge Farm Road and is waiting to be re homed.

Deputy Manager at the centre, Rebecca Jeffrey said, “Seren is one tough little cookie to be the only surivivor.

“We are now looking for a home for her. She is a lovely kitten that loves to play and loves human attention.
