FIREWORKS are set to return to Rodney Parade following the success of last year's event.
A Firework Spectacular made a welcome return to the city in 2015, following a decade-long absence.
More than 5,000 people attended the showcase at the home of Newport Gwent Dragons, Newport RFC and Newport County.
This year, it will take place on Thursday November 3 – two days before Bonfire Night.
In addition to the fireworks, entertainment will be on offer, but this will be announced in the autumn.
Tickets are already on sale though, and are price at £6 per adult, £2.50 per child and £12 for a family ticket - two adults and two children.
Gates at Rodney Parade will open at 5pm on November 3, with the fireworks to start at 7pm.
Tickets can be purchased via the Rodney Parade ticket office, which is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and on Saturday from 9am to 1pm, by calling 01633 674990.
Alternatively, book online via newportgwentdragons.com/tickets
