POLICE are on the hunt for thieves who stole a bespoke caravan worth around £1,500 from Gilwern in Monmouthshire.
The Teardrop caravan, around seven foot long and three feet wide, was taken between 8.30am and 1.30pm on Tuesday, August 22.
A spokeswoman for Gwent Police said: "At approximately 2:25pm on Tuesday, August 22, we received a report of a theft of a caravan from Gilwern near Crickhowell Road, in Monmouthshire.
"The offence is believed to have occurred sometime between 8:30am and 1:30pm.
"The vehicle is described a Teardrop Caravan approximately 7ft long and 3ft wide.
"It is bespoke made and has black sides with the top and back in silver along with two porthole windows either side and is said to be worth approximately £1500.
"Enquiries are ongoing but officers ask anyone with information to call 101 quoting log 275 22/08/17."
