GWENT Police are appealing for information following reports that three horses have gone missing from the hillside between Blaina and Blaenavon in the last six weeks.
A spokeswoman for Gwent Police said: "On Thursday, August 17, the owner of a black and white horse reported the animal missing. The six-year-old mare is 14 hands in height and has a distinctive white spot over the left eye as pictured.
"Two other mares, one black and white and the other white with a black mane and a black mark on the shoulder have also gone missing from the area."
