THE Torfaen Play service will be offering a series of ‘Respite and Play Sessions’ to families with complex needs over the festive period.
The sessions provide a much needed break for parents and carers as well as provide a safe play environment.
They will include a wealth of festive activities including music, arts and crafts as well as drama and games.
There are morning and afternoon sessions available, via referral only, on the following dates: Thursday, December 28; Friday, December 29; Wednesday January 3 and Thursday, January 4 at the Ashley House Gym, Pontnewydd, Cwmbran.
The sessions are funded by the Pontypool Round Table as well as the P.O.P.I.T group (Parents of Play Information Torfaen).
