Vandalism causes delays to Gwent rail services

RAIL passengers face delays this morning after vandalism on the line between Newport and Severn Tunnel Junction.

Arriva Trains Wales say a signalling problem is also contributing to delays this morning.

Cross Country and First Great Western services are also affected.
