New chair for Cwmbran community council

CWMBRAN community council has a new chairman.
Councillor Stuart Smith, who held the post of vice chairman last year, was appointed at the council's annual general meeting and takes over from Councillor Stuart Ashley.
Councillor John Winter will take over as vice chairman.
Coun Smith chose Hope for Heroes, TOGs and Victory Outreach as his charities for the year.
