NEWPORT County ruined Rochdale's promotion party and finished their campaign on a high, despite going down to ten men.
Rochdale, chasing the League Two title took a first half lead through George Donnelly, but Aaron O'Connor's first of the season after a Mike Flynn volley made it all-square just before the break.
The visitors thought they'd seized the initiative in the final ten minutes after Ryan Jackson was sent off for a professional foul, but Dale's penalty was saved by Ian McLoughlin as Matt Lund was denied.
And with only moments remaining, Feely's looping header from Robbie Willmott's freekick gave Newport all three points.
