TODAY I read in the Argus that the post office are refusing to deliver mail to Holly Road, Risca.
Caerphilly council hang your heads in shame. It is entirely your fault for this.
Long standing residents there have had to put up with big problems that you have put on them.
It’s about time that Risca councillors got a grip on this.
You would not believe what residents have had to put up with.
As for the police, the standing joke in Ty-Sign is - police! It is more like Holly Road taxi service.
They take them down to Risca then lo and behold they bring them back.
All joking apart something has to be done.
