Every day, as we read newspapers and listen to news bulletins, we have this feeling of a huge black cloud hovering over us.
The economy on the brink of collapse, a double-dip recession, children and OAPs hungry, jobless families losing their homes, a nightmare. Then we turn on the TV and it’s Royal Ascot, affluence in abundance, champagne flowing, commoners rubbing shoulders with millionaires and spending as much and more as their weekly rent on a hat. This depression is all a con. Add to this the thousands of football fans swanning it up in Europe.
Recession? You must be having a laugh.
