I WONDER if Caerphilly council highways department could explain why they have rewritten the highway code by installing a give way sign along with a give way chevron and double lines at a mini roundabout, thereby giving way to the left.
The roundabout in question is on Elm Drive at the foot of Cotswold Way (side road). I have been driving for over forty years and can honestly say I have never seen a similar roundabout! The reason it was brought to my attention was when I had two near misses with cars coming from my left. As expected, I have had no reply from Caerphilly council.
