999 criticism? Look elsewhere

I AM getting increasingly annoyed about the constant criticism of the Torfaen ambulance service. I had chest pains at 1.30am last week and phoned 999. The paramedic was there within ten minutes and the ambulance followed ten minutes later. I was taken to A&E Royal Gwent, where the hand-over was completed in 20 minutes.

Maybe this criticism should be aimed at the Gwent Crematorium, where someone who died on January 2 cannot be cremated until January 28.
