High praise for eye clinic

MAY I use the auspices of your paper to praise the eye clinic at the Royal Gwent Hospital? While some parts of the NHS need reform, and this applies to all large organisations, including this feeble government and avaricious Whitehall; this does not apply to the eye clinic. After two recent cataract operations there, I cannot praise them enough.
