I AM writing with reference to an old friend and my first girlfriend.
She worked at Monmouthshire Board Mills in Newport Dock. We met when we were 16. I was sent away to approved school, and after leaving that school, I had to live with my father in the Midlands for two years.
Well now, after all these years, I would love to find her again. We used to meet every night in a small cafe in Pill, it was so small we were the only ones with one friend each that used the cafe and I’m sure the lady who owned it only opened so we could meet each other. My first love’s name is Pamela A Perry and she lived at Ladyhill Road, Alway. Newport. But that house is now gone. All I can find out is that she lived there until 1974/1975. Then I have lost her.
