Re: Newport City Council demanding that the solicitor on Stow Hill removes the windows from his offices. Have any of these councillors walked down Griffin Street lately? I did one evening this week. The stench and decay is appalling.
Take a walk down there, and then perhaps you will get your priorities right, Newport City Council.
