NEWPORT bus drivers are now looking cool and smart in their white shirts since the management recently allowed them to shed their neck-ties due to the heat wave, but are they sitting comfortably while driving?
Surely the drivers should wear light coloured, beige, grey or pastel cotton trousers instead of the black (polyester?) colour which absorbs much more heat?
