I’ve recently returned home after a very enjoyable break. The accommodation was superb, clean sheets daily, lovely food, varied menu, every whim catered for.
Where is this place? The Royal Gwent Hospital! In addition the nurses and staff were the kindest, most gentle and most patient ladies I have ever met, I watched them with very elderly patients and was struck by how gentle and patient they were.
Kirsty and Kerry especially were very jolly and full of humour to cheer us up. Hooray the Welsh N.H.S.
